My rich experience and broad spectrum of knowledge which I combine with a professional and sober yet human and warm approach has led me to work with a number of supervisory and management boards as a participating human resources expert. 

For supervisory and management boards:

1. I am included in human resources commissions when they are selecting new board members. 
2. I participate in human resources commissions when they are choosing management board members and presidents.
3. I design and manage supervisory board's self-assessment processes.
4. I advise in the process of management success evaluation to assess the variable part of management board members and presidents' pay checks.
5. I evaluate different HR processes.
